This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, dispatched, and delivered.
1. Order Processing and Fulfilment Time
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Fulfilment typically takes up to 4 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase to avoid delays or misdelivery.
2. Shipping Carriers and Services
We use the following trusted carriers for our deliveries:
- Royal Mail Tracked24 – for small and medium parcels.
- Parcelforce Express24 – for larger or heavier items.
Both services provide tracking and delivery within 1–2 business days from the date of dispatch.
3. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping Threshold
You may place an order of any value — there is no minimum order requirement.
- Free Shipping: Orders with a total value of £500 or more qualify for free tracked delivery.
- Standard Shipping: Orders below £500 will incur a shipping fee, calculated and displayed at checkout.
All applicable shipping costs will be clearly shown before you confirm your purchase.
4. Payment Capture
Please note that payment, including any applicable shipping fees, will be captured at the time of fulfilment — that is, when your order is packed and handed over to the delivery company. This ensures that you are only charged once your parcel is ready to ship.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the Royal Mail or Parcelforce website. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
7. Damaged or Lost Parcels
We take great care to ensure your items are securely packaged. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

- Include your order number and, if possible, photos of the damaged packaging or item.
We will investigate and resolve the issue with the courier as quickly as possible.
